Price
$2,000 to build. $200 a month to host it, update it and look after it, starting 30 days after the build.
Month to month: cancel anytime and keep your domain and files. Pay the build by card, or split it with Klarna. If you cancel before approving the site, $1,000 is refunded. Online stores and booking systems are quoted separately.

Do I really own the website?
Yes. Your domain is registered to you, in your own account, and it stays there. I host the site as part of the monthly plan. If you ever leave, you keep the domain and I hand you the complete site files, which any web host can run.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, unlimited edits to your existing pages, and someone checking that the site and its forms keep working. It is month to month with no minimum. Your domain renewal stays on your own card.
How long does it take?
The mockup usually comes first, within a few days of our call. Most full sites go live a few weeks after you say go. The biggest factor is how quickly photos and details come back from you.
What do I need to give you?
Your services, the towns you work in, your logo if you have one and some photos of your work. Phone photos are fine. I write the words and you approve them.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes, and you keep your domain and your Google history. I move over anything worth keeping, rebuild the rest and set up redirects so old links still work.
What is the AI chat assistant, exactly?
A small chat window on your site that answers questions from what you've told it about your business: services, service area, rough pricing and hours. When someone is ready, it takes their name and number and sends the lead to you. It never makes promises you haven't approved.
Is there a contract?
A simple agreement for the build, one page long, that says what you get and when you pay. The monthly plan and add-ons are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
