How your details are handled

This website, aimassistwebsites.com, is run by Aim Assist Technology LLC, a Florida company based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who else sees it. If you have a question about it, email everitt@aimassisttechnology.com.
What you send us
When you fill in the free mockup form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, business name, your current website if you give one, and the option you picked under "What do you need?".
When you use the chat assistant, we receive the messages you type. If you ask it for a call back, we receive your name, phone number and any note you add.
What the site records on its own
- Ad and campaign codes. If you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the address can carry codes such as utm_source, utm_campaign or utm_term, or a click id from Google (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) or Meta (fbclid). The site keeps these in your browser, in session storage and in a cookie named aa_ad that lasts up to 90 days, and sends them with your form so we know which ad or link brought you.
- Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page. The chat assistant uses a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, kept for up to two days, to limit how many messages one visitor can send.
Advertising and measurement tags
When we advertise, the site may load the Google tag (for Google Ads) and the Meta pixel. These tools set their own cookies and tell Google or Meta when someone who clicked an ad sends the form, so we can see which ads lead to inquiries. For the Meta pixel, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number, with your IP address and browser details, so it can match the inquiry to the ad. Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies.
You can limit ad personalization in your Google account at adssettings.google.com, in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser. The form still works if you do.
How we use your details
- To reply to you by phone, text or email about your request.
- To prepare your free homepage mockup. To do that, we may look at your current website and other public information about your business.
- To follow up about the website service you asked about. If you would rather we stop, say so by reply or email and we will.
- To see which ads and links bring inquiries, so we can spend our advertising money sensibly.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. We use a few service providers to run the business, and they handle your details only to provide their service to us:
- Follow Up Boss, the contact management system where your inquiry is saved.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the chat assistant.
- An AI model provider, which writes the chat assistant's replies from the messages you type.
- Google Workspace, for our email.
- Google and Meta, as described under advertising above, when those tags are in use.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry stays in our contact system while we are in touch about your website, and afterward as a record of the conversation, unless you ask us to delete it. A chat call-back request is also kept in the chat system for up to 180 days.
Your choices
Email everitt@aimassisttechnology.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We will reply to every request.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If we change how the site handles your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
